How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Are your payments secure?
Yes! We use extremely popular and fully trusted payment gateway providers to process your orders. When checking out, you have the options to pay securely via PayPal, or use your credit card details via Stripe.
We do not store any of your card details ourselves, so your details remain 100% secure at all times in the capable hands of our payment gateway providers. We chose PayPal and Stripe because they are essentially household names in the payments industry.
How do I track my order?
Your orders can be viewed on your My Account dashboard.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at admin@erbangling.club.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or not as specified.
This is not typical of our otherwise usually excellent product quality control standards.
We would like to make things right.
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at admin@erbangling.club within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
I recently placed an order but changed my mind, can I cancel it?
If you are extremely fast, and are able to submit a cancellation request via our contact form, ensuring that you include your order number, then in some instances we may be able to cancel your order and provide a refund before our fulfilment supplier begins to create or print your products.
In the unfortunate event that your products have already entered any non-reversible stage of the production process; then unfortunately we will be unable to cancel your order or provide a refund.
