Migration to new web host!

We are in the process of migrating from our old web host over to EUKHost, a much more reliable provider. In the meantime, you may notice some temporary website errors or run into problems when trying to navigate the site.

Please report any issues you have to the club or use the contact page.

Anglers should be assured that all angler data, and previous match history is fully backed up. The leagues and leaderboards are safe in the event of any kind of hosting emergency.

We expect the migration to be fully complete and resolved within the next 3-5 days.

Website and league update

Hoping that all of our members have stayed safe and well during the lockdown and coronavirus outbreak.

Just a quick note to let everyone know that our website, season and leagues have been updated ready for the start of Summer 2021.

Good luck and tight lines to all for the start of the new Season.

See you on the banks very soon.

Stay safe until then!

What’s new on the ERBAngling.Club website?

Just in time for the start of our Summer League 2020, we’ve made some updates to our website to make it even better.

What’s new?

  • Colour Scheme Changes – we’ve removed the white buttons and replaced them with darker buttons, which should be easier on the eye.
  • Notification Icons – at the top of ever page you’ll now see two circular icons; one for ‘Matches’ and one for ‘Announcements’. The small red circle with numbers indicates how many of each there are at present; allowing you to see whether there are new matches or announcements after one quick glance at the site.
  • Progress & Stat Trackers on Members’ Profiles – you will now notice two new seconds on each qualifying anglers’ member profiles; ‘Current Form’ and ‘Performance Stats’. Your current form is an average over X amount of matches, allowing you to see how you are performing over time, and also allows you to get a rough estimate of your current competition’s performances during leagues, so you know who to keep an eye on to maintain your position in the leaderboards. Your performance stats are tallies of your match prowess and achievements over your entire duration at the club, such as: matches fished, personal best weight, and counts of your top 10 and podium finishes.
  • Total Awards Earned on Members’ Profiles – just below your Trophies section, you’ll now see an overview table containing total counts for of your awards earned during your time with the club.
  • Updates to Admin Control Panel – making it even easier for club administrators to manage the club and it’s anglers. This time around we’ve added functionality to easily update Subs & Memberships to keep the current member roster fully up to date.
  • General Bug Fixes & Improvements – please report any bugs, errors or unexpected behaviour you come across while using our website.

That’s it for now. We’ll post announcements for any future updates here.

Good luck in the coming Summer League!
